Workshops

My main objective is to share all I have learned through 8,9 or 10 week workshops, presented in small groups of either men, women, or coed. Each group will meet once per week on the same day and time with the same group of people. We will meet for two to three hours each time, spending the first 45 minutes in movement on the mat, 15 minutes of meditation,
45- 60 minutes to check-in and share what we are observing and learning and 45 – 60 minutes spent learning and discussing a new concept.

Discovery Of Self – Connecting the Mind, Body and Spirit

10 Week Workshop Includes:

  • Learn what it means to be grounded…study of Chakras

  • How to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

  • Develop the ability to feel every emotion without checking out, numbing out or running.

  • Learn to live in each moment and the value of doing so.

  • Understand what it means to be present in your body rather than chasing thoughts.

  • Start to discover who your authentic self is.

  • Understand what trauma does to the mind, body and soul.

  • Learn to love yourself so you can love others.

  • Discover the ability to be authentic.

  • Shifting from approval of others to approval of self learning to let go and trust.

  • Strengthen the muscles of self discipline.

  • Understand your divine nature.

  • Learn to heal trauma.

  • Study the Yamas and Niyamas and learn to apply them
